Bayer has admitted that despite using ‘the best practices’ it has been unable to control the spread of its genetically-engineered organisms, and the contamination of non GM crops.

In an action brought by two Missouri farmers after their rice crop was contaminated with an experimental variety of rice that the company was testing in 2006, The United States Federal Jury ruled on 4^th December 2009 that Bayer Crop Science must pay the farmers $2 million US dollars.

This verdict establishes that the liability for contamination by GM crops falls on the company releasing them.

This verdict, with over a thousand cases pending world-wide, could find the GM Food manufacturers, forced to pay out an amount estimated as ranging from $750 million to $1.33 billion US dollars in compensation.

As far as I am aware, since the court ruling, DEFRA, has yet to wake up to the threat their ‘controlled’ GM crop trials pose to British Farmers.

Perhaps, Hilary Benn, the self-appointed Lord of the Slop Buckets, is too busy planning a cull of cattle as part of the Government’s Global Warming Con-Trick, to comment?

FACT* CO2 levels are determined by the global temperatures, which proceeded them by about eight-hundred to 2,000-years.  This is revealed by the 650,000 year old ice cores.  The Government’s own scientists conceded this was a scientific fact in a British Court of Law.

The atmospheric CO2 contained in the atmosphere today was caused by the Global Temperatures that prevailed during the ‘Medieval Warm Period.’  That’s when it was so warm the Vikings farmed Greenland, and Chaucer wrote about the superb vineyards of Northern England.  It was so warm that the CO2 fraudsters eliminated it from the infamous Hockeystick Graph.

Perhaps Hilary, would care to explain why his government have ignored the science and continued to defraud us with: Emission taxes, Cap and Trade Permits, Extensive Advertising Promoting the Lie of CO2, especially anthropogenic CO2 being responsible for the normal fluctuation of global temperatures?

Could it be, that New Labour believe that they are above the law; untouchables, who can swindle us with impunity and do whatever they like?
